Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will translate complex business requirements into user-friendly digital experiences, collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and UX designers to turn ideas into user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop user-centric solutions.
- Advocate for the user perspective and challenge stakeholder decisions when necessary.
- Create detailed design specifications, prototypes for testing, and digital assets for implementation.
- Ensure all digital deliverables meet design standards and accessibility best practices.
- Work with business and IT teams to continuously enhance the digital user experience.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
- Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring adoption across teams.
Required Competencies:
- Collaborative mindset; enjoys working with developers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
- 7–10 years of experience as a UI or UX/UI Designer, ideally in digital product environments.
- Experience collaborating with IT developers and understanding technical constraints.
- Experience or affinity with banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with developer handoff tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Knowledge of animation and motion design is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, proactive, curious, and passionate about improving skills and team processes.
