Responsibilities

• Support leadership with implementing their vision and strategic goals.
• Partner with leadership to determine the company’s financial, human resources, and information technology needs.
• Oversee financial operations, accounting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting and financial and tax reporting.
• Oversee all human resource operations including talent management, performance reviews, training and development and compensation and benefits.
• Manage purchasing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee information systems including the technology strategy, product development, infrastructure, and security.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Lead risk management initiatives and implement internal controls.
• Develop relationships with banks, auditors, insurance brokers and other financial institutions.
• Improve profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies.
• Drive business performance through financial data analysis and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA Preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience.
• Experience in a middle-market company.
• Possess strong management skills and motivate and coach others.
