SUMMARY


We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Operations Associate to join our team. Within this role, you will thrive in a cooperative environment, be passionate about contributing and building upon the team's success and be skilled in both research and administrative tasks. The Associate will serve as a key resource for our recruitment team and work directly with all Recruiters and Partners at the firm. The successful candidate will support Prodigy’s entire search process including, but not limited to: material production, candidate research and sourcing, internal database operation, scheduling, logistics and market research. 


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide research and background information on prospective candidates.
  • Conduct due diligence on current clients and their key personnel and industry news.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing resumes and credentials; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. 
  • Assist in the development, writing, and editing of job descriptions, position briefs, candidate profiles, contact reports and any related executive search needs.
  • Utilize a range of effective research methodologies, through our applicant tracking system (Loxo), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Manage scheduling, organize meetings, maintain records, and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Create outreach campaigns through LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking system
  • Assist with maintaining, updating, and expanding the internal database system (Loxo).
  • Canvas the sports industry and related industries for prospective new clients, assisting in business development related activities.
  • Understand and research industry compensation data for clients.
  • Research and keep tabs on the newest industry trends and latest recruiting technologies.
  • Any other tasks, as assigned by Recruiters and Partners of the firm to support the overall goals of this company.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum education level of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, English, Sport Management or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or human resources with a search firm/agency in a support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and regimented with proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Strong team player with proven ability and desire to work in a team-based environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
