What You’ll Do

Working under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, you will:

• Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.

• Label, bag, kit, and sort products accurately to meet customer specifications and

quality standards.

• Complete activity logs and maintain organized records of work performed.

• Pack orders, close cartons, and label shipments for delivery.

• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to designated areas.

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins by size, type, or

product code.

• Handle products with care and attention at all times.

• Assemble customer orders from stock and place in designated staging areas.

• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.

• Assist in counting physical inventory and cycle counts as needed.

• Weigh and count items to ensure conformance to company standards.

• Perform facility maintenance tasks as assigned.


• Wear proper safety equipment and follow all safety protocols.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals.

• Basic writing skills to complete routine reports and logs.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Three months or more of related warehouse, assembly, or production experience is

helpful but not required – we will train motivated individuals.

• Current forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and

occasionally up to 50 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral

vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Warehouse climate may get warm in summer months.
