Sales Manager – Relentless Leadership | B2B Sales Growth | New Orleans Territory


Overview:


In the New Orleans market, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who leads from the front—someone who is relentless about winning new business and equally committed to mentoring others to do the same. This is a high-impact role managing a team of Outside Sales Representatives, where your ability to coach, compete, and convert prospects into long-term clients will shape the region’s growth.

What You’ll Do:


  1. Own the New Orleans territory—build and execute a local sales strategy that meets aggressive new business targets.
  2. Hire, train, and develop Outside Sales Representatives with a strong emphasis on accountability and results.
  3. Join team members on high-value sales calls; lead by example and close from the front.
  4. Coach through action plans, one-on-ones, and real-time feedback—weekly performance reviews are standard.
  5. Personally manage top prospects when territory gaps exist.
  6. Champion a team-first mindset while maintaining high individual expectations.
  7. Regularly report metrics, pipeline progress, and team forecasts to senior leadership.


Who You Are:


  • Unyielding in pursuit of sales goals, yet generous with your time and expertise
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 3+ years in B2B sales and 2+ years leading a sales team
  • Data-driven with solid CRM and Microsoft Office skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
