Associate Attorney – No-Fault Litigation

Fully Remote | Must be Licensed in NY (NJ a Plus!)

What We’re Looking For:

We need an experienced Litigation Attorney with strong No-Fault experience to join our team remotely. You must be licensed in New York, and a New Jersey license is a plus. While the role is fully remote, you’ll need to attend court appearances in person when required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle No-Fault litigation and other cases in insurance, real estate, personal injury, and business disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
• Advise on litigation strategy, risk management, and settlements.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case handling.
• Stay updated on legal trends and regulatory changes.

What You Need:

• No-Fault litigation experience is a must.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in New York (New Jersey preferred).
• At least 2 years of litigation experience with courtroom exposure.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
