What You’ll Do:

As a Family Law Attorney, you’ll manage your own caseload with the support of experienced paralegals and a collaborative legal team that prioritizes client care and professional excellence.

• Represent clients in matters involving divorce, custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence
• Draft motions, pleadings, legal correspondence, and settlement agreements
• Appear in family court for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Guide clients through every step of their case with empathy and clear communication
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to drive case strategy and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in family law
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and client communication abilities
• Organized and able to manage multiple active cases
• A team player who values collaboration and a positive work culture
• Trial experience is a plus
