What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review contracts, closing statements, and other real estate documents
• Conduct title searches and review reports to ensure clear property ownership
• Work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Track deadlines, handle filings, and maintain organized case files
• Assist with due diligence and compliance to ensure legal and regulatory accuracy
• Problem-solve challenges that arise during the closing process and help keep deals on track
