We’re expanding our team with two Senior Consultants to support a major transformation in IT automation. This is a great opportunity to help shape a migration from legacy systems while delivering scalable, production-ready automation using modern tools. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams to ensure infrastructure automation is efficient, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards. You'll also help transition from Puppet to Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), so experience with both is incredibly valuable.

• Supporting the move from Puppet to Ansible, guiding teams through best practices and efficient implementation.
• Developing, testing, and deploying infrastructure automation playbooks for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Ensuring automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational readiness goals.
• Collaborating with teams across operations, networking, and infrastructure to ensure seamless automation across environments.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation processes to improve performance and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), especially in production environments.
• Strong background working with RHEL in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with Puppet, especially in environments undergoing tool transitions.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-focused automation — networking knowledge is especially helpful.
• Clear communication skills and an ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
