We're working with a highly respected financial planning and investment management firm based near Westminster Abbey. With a growing client book and big ambitions, they’re now looking for a Chartered Paraplanning Manager to lead and support a high-performing team.
🧭 About the Role:
As the designated Paraplanning Manager, you’ll be supporting two Partners and a Junior Adviser in delivering an exceptional, high-touch service to a diverse portfolio of clients (including HNW individuals). The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the central London office and 2 days working from home. Collaboration, leadership, and client focus are key.

💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare suitability reports (templated and bespoke)
- Attend client meetings and produce follow-ups
- Undertake product and fund research
- Oversee pipeline business, valuations, and meeting packs
- Support compliance and maintain client files to FCA standards
- Mentor and guide more junior team members
- Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams
- Provide technical input on cashflow modelling and investment strategies
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Chartered Financial Planner status (CII Level 6 or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of FCA regulations and financial planning
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Previous use of Intelliflo, Voyant, and FE Analytics
- Excellent organisational and mentoring abilities
