Job Duties
- Design, build, and optimize the data systems that drive large-scale robotic learning and performance analytics.
- Collaborate across engineering, research, and operations to ensure reliable, unified data pipelines that support both experimental and production workflows.
- Implement automated frameworks for data integrity, system health, and continuous monitoring.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new tools to scale data handling, from ingestion to model training.
- Develop and maintain analytical infrastructure for internal stakeholders, enabling fast insights and efficient decision-making.
- Continuously refine systems for greater scalability, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, systems design, or infrastructure development.
- Strong command of Python and SQL, with experience building production-grade data systems.
- Proven ability to take complex data projects from concept to production independently.
- Familiarity with modern data technologies and cloud-based architectures.
- Deep interest in robotics, automation, or AI-driven systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with an emphasis on accuracy, reproducibility, and performance.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building data pipelines for machine learning or robotics applications.
- Background working in environments where data directly impacts real-world performance.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, sensor data processing, or simulation data management.
