We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Marketing Coordinator.


This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity with execution and help keep our client's brand

consistent across social media, presentations, internal communications, campaigns, and

events. You’ll support leadership, sales, and broader growth efforts while helping tell the

story of a company transforming the construction materials and trucking supply chain.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing efforts

across digital content, sales support, internal communications, and campaign coordination. This

person will help ensure that the company presents a clear, professional, and consistent brand

across all channels while also supporting key initiatives tied to customer growth, recruiting, and

market expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to

grow within a high-performance company.


What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Social Media

Help manage social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and

Facebook. Draft posts, coordinate content, create simple graphics, and help engage our

audience of brokers, haulers, contractors, and business partners.

Sales & Leadership Support

Update and polish sales decks, one-pagers, investor materials, and other collateral. Help

ensure presentations and external-facing materials are professional, clear, and on brand.

Website & Digital Support

Assist with basic website updates, CRM-related marketing activity, and coordination of SEO,

GEO, and AEO initiatives to improve reach, visibility, and lead flow.

Internal Communications

Support internal newsletters, team updates, announcements, and leadership communications

that help keep the organization aligned.

Campaign Coordination

Assist in the execution of regional marketing initiatives, including direct outreach, digital

campaigns, testimonial collection, broker recruiting support, and contractor-focused efforts. Help

track deliverables, timing, and results.

Project Management

Act as a liaison with outside marketing support resources to help keep

projects moving, deadlines met, and brand standards maintained.

Events & Brand Support

Support conferences, trade shows, customer events, and internal meetings by helping

coordinate materials, messaging, logistics, and follow-up.


Who You Are:

Versatile and Resourceful

You have a solid foundation in marketing and are comfortable contributing across social media,

content, email, communications, and coordination.

Strong Communicator

You can take a technical or operational topic and turn it into clear messaging that resonates with

real people in the field and in the office.

Detail-Oriented

You care about quality and consistency. You catch errors, stay organized, and follow through.

Growth-Minded

You want to build your career in marketing and are looking for a company where you can learn,

contribute, and take on more responsibility over time.

Tech-Savvy

You are comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, Canva, Adobe,

video tools, and AI-based tools. Experience with HighLevel is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or a related role
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe creative tools, iMovie, or similar programs
  • Experience supporting presentations, collateral, or event coordination
  • Bonus if you have photography, video, or B2B marketing experience
  • Bonus if you have worked in construction, logistics, transportation, or a fast-growing

tech-enabled business
