Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in construction and real estate development? We’re partnering with a respected multifamily developer and builder seeking a Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced construction operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction administration, project coordination, accounting support, or real estate development experience who enjoys keeping projects moving behind the scenes while working closely with project managers, vendors, and executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Support the monthly draw administration process
- Compile draw packages and manage invoice/data entry
- Coordinate vendor payments and track lien waivers
- Assist with subcontract, purchase order, and change order administration
- Maintain contract logs and insurance documentation
- Process project invoices and maintain electronic project files
- Generate and distribute reports for project and leadership teams
- Provide general office and administrative support to construction operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, real estate development, finance, or related industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional communication skills and team-first attitude
Preferred Experience
- Multifamily construction or development experience
- Exposure to:
- Procore
- Textura
- Sage Intacct
- Ramp
