Division 8 & 10 Project Manager – Charlotte, NC

We’re hiring a Doors and Hardware (Division 8 & 10) Project Manager to join a well-established, fast-growing specialty contractor in the Charlotte market. If you know how to run speciality projects in commercial constructyion, keep jobs on track, and drive results without babysitting — we’re looking for you.

This is a high-impact role managing large commercial interior projects across the Charlotte region, backed by a strong pipeline of work and backlog with one of the leading Div 8/10 specialty contractors in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. They are an Employee owned company, so you will be eligible to participate in their ESOP program!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run Division 8 & 10 scopes from buyout through closeout
• Own schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client coordination
• Stay ahead of issues and keep projects moving without surprises

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years managing commercial Division 8 & 10 projects
• Strong knowledge of Division 8 & 10 projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Comfortable owning financials and job performance
• Proactive, organized, and confident taking full ownership of projects
