The leading Mechanical and Plumbing contractor in Wilmington is looking for an Estimator join their growing team. You will be the go-to expert for creating accurate, competitive, and detailed estimates for commercial and residential plumbing and/or mechanical projects. Ideally looking for someone with Plumbing and Mechanical experience, but experience with either is fine as well. You will be joining a great team that genuinely enjoys going to work together.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate estimates
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to define project scope and costs
• Sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Preparing detailed bid proposals and project budgets
• Tracking project costs and aligning estimates with actuals
• Identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality
• Staying updated on the latest plumbing & mechanical materials, technologies, and industry codes
