This hospitality business is about to enter a growth period and require an experience strategic HRD or People & Culture Director to help drive a high-performance culture and who can bring their experience of opening / acquiring new hospitality venues to the company. This is a key role and will involve regular travel to all sites.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the HRD:

• The HRD will have full oversight of all operational, strategic, talent and cultural aspects of the business
• Provide leadership and guidance around HR challenges and processes with regards to new openings and acquisitions
• Manage an existing high performing team whilst also reporting to the main Board

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar HRD role ideally within the hospitality sector
• Experience with the HR issues involved around integrating newly acquired businesses and opening new venues
• Ability to travel across the country to support property acquisitions and integration efforts.

This is a permanent role offering a salary of up to £100,000 depending on experience.
