Due to expansion, THOMAS Professional Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established Commercial Temporary staff Division in Cheltenham.

The Role
From day one, you’ll receive hands-on training to set you up for success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients
- Recruiting and coordinating a temporary workforce
- Filling client requirements quickly and efficiently
- Growing accounts through sales calls and weekly client visits
- Writing and managing job adverts
- Supporting with payroll, compliance and rota management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B or insurance sales
- Hungry to succeed and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A driver with access to your own vehicle
