What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor role:

• Take on a wide variety of commercial property mandates
• Advise clients at every stage of the commercial property lifecycle – from initial planning to execution
• Undertake marketing and networking with existing and new contacts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (2 + years PQE)
• Personable with strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively to solve problems

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience for this permanent role.
