About the Headmaster Role: 

The Headmaster of Cascia Hall Preparatory School serves as the chief academic, spiritual, and executive leader of the institution, ensuring that the entire educational experience is rooted deeply in the Catholic faith and the Augustinian charism of truth, unity, and love. In close collaboration with the Prior Provincial of the Augustinian Province of Our Mother of Good Counsel, the Director of Augustinian Mission, the local Augustinian community, and lay leadership, the Headmaster is charged with sustaining Cascia Hall’s distinctive integration of Catholic identity, rigorous academics, communal life, and the formation of young men and women in mind, body, and spirit.


The Headmaster will:

  • Cultivate a vibrant and united school culture grounded in the Augustinian values of community, interiority, and the restless search for truth.
  • Articulate clearly and consistently the school’s Augustinian character and values to students, families, alumni, and the wider Tulsa community.
  • Collaborate closely with the Province-appointed Director of Mission to support and expand spiritual programming, formation opportunities, and engagement with the Order.
  • Guide and empower the leadership team, stewards of academic and co-curricular excellence, to advance a robust liberal arts program rooted in a Catholic intellectual tradition.
  • Support, evaluate, and retain excellent educators through servant leadership and a collaborative, transparent framework.
  • Promote leadership development, service, cultural engagement, and spiritual growth opportunities that reflect the Augustinian commitment to forming the whole person.
  • Build healthy, transparent, and mission-minded relationships among faculty, staff, students, families, and the broader community.
  • Lead long-term strategic planning in alignment with Augustinian values and the school’s ongoing mission.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and employment best practices.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with donors and benefactors to strengthen the school’s mission and financial foundation.
