The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a digital music company that provides legal and creative services to artists, to hire a Director of Treasury with a proven track record of leading process transformation and scaling treasury operations.

The ideal candidate will have a background working cross-functionally (FP&A, Legal, & external vendors) to manage global treasury regulations and cross-border compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily cash positioning and manage intercompany funding and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely execution of foreign and domestic transactions
• Oversee the global network of banking relationships to include identifying new partners, leading onboarding, and integration efforts, and leveraging banking capabilities to meet evolving business needs
• Mitigate foreign exchange risk by forecasting and quantifying currency exposures across global entities and implementing appropriate strategies
• Collaborate with the FP&A team on capital structure initiatives, including debt issuance/repayment, as well as equity administration
• Implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) by identifying opportunities to automate functionality and ensure data integrity
• Drive continuous improvement across Treasury processes by enhancing controls and scaling operations in line with company growth and global expansion
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international treasury regulations, including OFAC, AML, and local banking laws

What You'll Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CTP or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of treasury experience and 3+ years of corporate finance experience
• Proficient in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Excel
• Expertise with Kyriba, Reval, or similar Treasury Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to build banking and capital market relationships across international jurisdictions
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a high-growth company, with a preference towards entertainment, media, and tech companies
