Description:
The Regional Director of Aggregates is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of
the aggregates business in the Mountain region. This role ensures alignment of operational
goals and key performance indicators with the division’s strategic E.D.G.E. objectives,
strategic imperatives, and key areas of focus, including delivering world-class safety results
and sustainable profit growth.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mining, or a related field.
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in mining, aggregates, or a
related heavy industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale commercial and operational teams
across multiple markets and operating sites.
7+ years’ experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.
Preferred Requirements:
An MBA or advanced degree.
Strong market development and customer relationship management skills.

1. Build a world-class safety culture in the region.
2. Develop and implement commercial and operational strategies to achieve desired
business results.
3. Represent company at a state and local level by joining relevant associations
4. Understand and maintain all royalty agreements
5. Ensure effective prioritization and allocation of resources to accelerate continuous
improvement efforts and improve business results.
6. Improve market positions and increase market participation throughout the region.
7. Establish and grow strong customer relationships throughout the region.
8. Oversee and provide strategic solutions for aggregate operations, including capital
projects.
9. Drive initiatives that promote continuous improvement across priority sites to
enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
10. Ensure good stewardship over the company's assets.
11. Identify operational deficiencies and areas of opportunity for operational
improvement.
12. Lead business development activities and acquisition analysis and integration
activities.
13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permitting requirements.
