The Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales and marketing teams. This executive will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve business objectives, strengthen customer relationships, and position company as a global leader.  



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Assess current team and go-to-market strategy and propose improvements
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and optimizing sales processes. Transform the team culture from account management to focusing on new business growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. 
  • Market Expansion: Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. 
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. 
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, develop impactful campaigns, and strengthen the company’s market presence. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.  



BACKGROUND PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry. 
  • Experience in global markets and a deep understanding of cultural nuances in business.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. 
  • Demonstrated success in cross-cultural business environments
  • Openness to change and results driven
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
