Retina Ophthalmologist - No compensation cap + Sign-on & Relocation Bonus + No weekends - Phoenix, AZ

This established practice in Phoenix, Arizona is looking to add a full time Retina Surgeon (fellowship not required)!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Year 1 - Guaranteed minimum of $350,000+ (based on experience) 
• Year 2 - Receive a 35% of Collections
• Unlimited potential - no compensation cap!
• Up to a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Medical + Surgical patients

• Call: very minimal, if ever as ODs take the call
