Optometrist - $90/hour + Bonus! $50,000+ in Student Loan Assistance - Monroe, NY

Join a collaborative care team in a community health setting where primary care meets Medical Optometry—with full tech and admin support so you can focus on what matters most: your patients -- Monroe, New York!

DETAILS

• Multi-Specialty Health Center with 4 ODs + other specialties 
• Full time hours approx. 40 hours per week
• 4 day work week available (can work 4 ten hour shifts) 
• Open to part time, 2-3 days a week
• Open Sunday-Friday 
• No Saturdays
• No nights or call 
• 10-15 patients a day on average 
• Collegial group including tech support and administrative team
• Updated technology - OCT, Visual Field, Optos etc. 

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Hourly Rate + Quarterly Bonuses based on hours worked:
• $90/hour
• Bonuses come out to around $3,000/year
• Student Loan Assistance amount of $50,000 for 2 year commitment.
• Can be renewed at 2 years for additional loan assistance
• Medical Insurance - $100 a month for employee
• Family can be added for additional cost 
• Dental & Vision Insurance

• Life Insurance
• Up to 4 weeks PTO + 8 Holidays
• $2,000 annually for CE
• Paid 20 Hours for CE
• $1,000 stipend for Professional dues & fees
