Optometrist - Full Time (4 Day Work Week) - $190,000+ Year 1 potential + No Weekends - Columbia, MO

Join an established private practice in Columbia, Missouri! The current OD is retiring. Be busy day 1! 

DETAILS

• Full Scope with heavy Medical
• At least 3 patients an hour
• Huge potential for continuing to grow the Dry Eye Clinic
• Updated technology including : Lipiflow, IPL, OCT, Optos, Visual Field, EMR
• Strong OD support!
• Practice Manager, Scribing Techs, & Optical Staff
• The incoming OD will take over a well-established patient base and be the only OD at this office 

SCHEDULE

• 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week! 
• Monday-Friday
• 8AM-5PM
• Can do a half-day on Friday
• No weekends!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $65 per hour or 15% of Production whichever is greater
• $190,000+ Year 1 potential (potential is for 4 days of work, will be higher for 5)
• PTO: 120 hours for Year 1 (increases over time)
• Can carry over up to 40 hours unused PTO hours
