Optometrist: Managing Market Leader - Full Time - $200,000+ Potential + Benefits! - Schaumburg, IL (Chicago suburb)

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist with an excellent leadership track record in management to lead a territory of established Optometry practices in the Chicago suburb market.

DETAILS

• This is a full time Market Manager and Leadership role 
• Our next doctor will be responsible for seeing patients clinically 2-3 days a week.
• The rest of the time will be spent traveling quarterly in market visiting offices, growing sales, reporting performance data, enhancing quality of patient care, hiring, leading teams to ensure they are meeting financial performance goals, training ODs, mentoring, administrative duties, etc.
• This market has 17 offices within a 1 hour commute and each office is growing substantially.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $180,000 Salary + Bonus (based upon the financial performance of meeting goals in the offices.)
• Potential to make $200,000+ annually

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a history of management or leadership experience
• (example: Residency Director, managed a practice or market of practices, lead a team of ODs, taught OD students)
