Field Engineer - Must Drive

Remote based Nr. Surrey / Kent / Sussex area

£28k + Car

Our client are an IT Solutions Provider delivering sustainable IT solutions to their clients.

They now require a Field Engineer to cover a SE region in and around Kent, Surrey, Sussex (and possibly outside of this).

Who would suit this role?

• If you are happy to drive to client sites daily
• If you are experienced 12 months + in fixing Laptops / desktops etc
• If you can drive and don't mind that one day you may be in Kent and the next in Brighton
• If you are able to use your initiative and be a team player

The Role:

• We are looking for someone who has 12months + experience working for a SMB or corporate / Public sector company
• Working as part of the Technical Services team
• Providing warranty onsite break/fix repair and installation or de-installation services to Desktop PC’s, Laptops & Servers, for our customer base
• Attend and complete all allocated break/fix repairs allocated for the day
• Ensure all job details are comprehensively updated prior to leaving a customer’s premises
• Experience working with hardware including Dell, HP, Lenovo...
