The Role:

The Sales Solutions Architect is a critical role responsible for designing and delivering customized energy management and indoor air quality solutions. This individual will:

  1. Leverage both hardware and software technologies to meet client needs
  2. Work closely with the sales team to support technical presentations and solution design
  3. This position requires a deep understanding of building systems, IoT devices, energy performance
  4. Strong customer-facing communication skills.

 

Key Responsibility highlights:

  • Pre-Sales Support & Consultation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, challenges, and sustainability goals
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with clients
  • Conduct needs analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive site surveys to capture potential infrastructure limitations
  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Architect comprehensive solutions that combine hardware and software to track, analyse, and improve building energy efficiency and indoor air quality
  • Design solutions for scalable deployment across large building portfolios, ensuring seamless integration with existing building systems such as HVAC, IAQ, lighting, occupancy tracking, and energy monitoring tools
  • Sales Enablement
  • Post Sales Transition


Key Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
  • preferably within the HVAC systems, energy management, smart buildings, or related IoT systems
  • Proven experience designing and delivering integrated hardware-software solutions for HVAC, building management, energy optimization, air quality monitoring, or related IoT systems
  • Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, software, and integration protocols used in building management (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, Zigbee).
