The Role:
The Sales Solutions Architect is a critical role responsible for designing and delivering customized energy management and indoor air quality solutions. This individual will:
- Leverage both hardware and software technologies to meet client needs

Work closely with the sales team to support technical presentations and solution design

This position requires a deep understanding of building systems, IoT devices, energy performance

Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibility highlights:
- Pre-Sales Support & Consultation
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, challenges, and sustainability goals
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients

Conduct needs analysis
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to capture potential infrastructure limitations
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Architect comprehensive solutions that combine hardware and software to track, analyse, and improve building energy efficiency and indoor air quality
- Design solutions for scalable deployment across large building portfolios, ensuring seamless integration with existing building systems such as HVAC, IAQ, lighting, occupancy tracking, and energy monitoring tools
- Sales Enablement
- Post Sales Transition
Key Skills
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
- preferably within the HVAC systems, energy management, smart buildings, or related IoT systems
- Proven experience designing and delivering integrated hardware-software solutions for HVAC, building management, energy optimization, air quality monitoring, or related IoT systems
- Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, software, and integration protocols used in building management (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, Zigbee).
