Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect (Principal Level)

Our client is a major government-backed financial institution that supports businesses in expanding globally. They're seeking a senior ServiceNow architect to lead platform strategy, architecture governance, and solution design across critical business domains.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and business transformation - focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow capabilities across the organization.

โช๏ธ Define and evolve enterprise ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy
โช๏ธ Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solution designs
โช๏ธ Lead architecture governance, standards, and blueprint development
โช๏ธ Serve as architecture owner across core ServiceNow modules and business solutions
โช๏ธ Partner with stakeholders on solution design and implementation direction
โช๏ธ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams
โช๏ธ Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the platform

โช๏ธ 10+ years of ServiceNow platform and architecture experience
โช๏ธ Senior/principal-level architecture leadership background
โช๏ธ Experience with integrations, APIs, and data models (CSDM)
โช๏ธ Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and governance practices
โช๏ธ Familiarity with cloud and modern enterprise ecosystems
โช๏ธ ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CTA or equivalent) preferred
โช๏ธ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
