About the Role:

We’re hiring 20–30 experienced Inpatient Clinical Coding Analysts to support a large U.S. hospital system during a major growth phase. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity focused strictly on inpatient hospital coding (not outpatient). You’ll be responsible for reviewing complex inpatient medical records and translating them into accurate clinical codes that directly impact hospital reimbursement, compliance, and quality reporting. This role is ideal for senior inpatient coders who want stability, consistent workload, and the ability to work remotely while contributing to high-impact hospital programs. Multiple start dates are available immediately, with additional hiring waves in February and March.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complete inpatient medical records including admissions, procedures, and discharge summaries
  • Assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, and hospital coding guidelines
  • Clarify documentation issues and support physician queries when required
  • Meet established productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Support audit and quality improvement initiatives
  • Work within hospital coding and abstracting systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong inpatient hospital coding background (acute care setting)
  • 4-7+ years of experience preferred
  • Active certification in one of the following: CCS, RHIT, RHIA, CDIP, or ACDIS
  • Advanced knowledge of ICD-10 inpatient coding standards
  • Experience working in hospital HIM or revenue cycle environments
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, production-driven setting

Why Join:

  • 100% remote opportunity (U.S.-based)
  • Senior-level, inpatient-only focus
  • High-volume hiring with long-term stability
  • Competitive six-figure compensation
  • Work with a large, established U.S. hospital system
