Position: Team Lead / Senior .NET Developer

Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid – onsite presence required)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 base + benefits

Overview:

We’re partnering with a stable, globally active organization operating in complex, operationally critical environments to hire a senior .NET leader. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, supporting the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications used across core business operations.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust systems, mentoring developers, and influencing architecture decisions while remaining close to the code.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

▪️ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications

▪️ Translate requirements into technical specifications and architecture

▪️ Write clean, scalable, and testable code across complex systems

▪️ Review, refactor, and optimize existing applications

▪️ Support and mentor junior developers and enforce best practices

▪️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery and priorities

▪️ Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure system reliability in production

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

▪️ Strong experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#

▪️ Background in enterprise application development and architecture

▪️ Expertise in SQL/T-SQL, schemas, and performance tuning

▪️ Experience with Entity Framework, REST APIs, and web services

▪️ Knowledge of Azure technologies (Key Vault, storage, Graph API, etc.)

▪️ Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, dependency injection, and async development

▪️ Experience leading or mentoring developers in team environments

▪️ Familiarity with WinForms (highly valued)

▪️ Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript) is a plus
