Our client, a Specialty E&S Property & Casualty Insurer, is building an advanced, cloud-based rating and pricing insight delivery platform to modernize and enhance pricing capabilities across all lines of business. You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, and engineering stakeholders to drive product development. This is a remote, individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Analytics Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial P&C insurance domain knowledge into actionable technical requirements to support the buildout of a new rating platform.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and engineering teams to drive development, governance, and deployment of pricing tools and models.
• Manage roadmap and deliverables for rating systems and analytical tools to enable timely, accurate, and scalable pricing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the P&C insurance industry, ideally within commercial lines pricing, underwriting, actuarial, or analytics.
• Proven ability to manage technical or analytical products in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Technical fluency in Python, SQL, and Jira, with strong documentation and communication skills; experience with rating platforms is a plus.
