HR & Office Operations Coordinator

This is a hands-on role focused on keeping HR processes, hiring coordination, and office operations organized and moving. The Coordinator will work closely with the HR Director and team to support employees, manage administrative tasks, and help improve internal systems and workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Assist HR Director with daily HR administration, employee enquiries, and support for office and field staff
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and maintain accurate employee records/HRIS data
• Manage recruiting coordination: intake resumes, move candidates through the process, and schedule interviews
• Maintain accurate files and workflows across HR systems while helping organize and transition records into the new HRIS and supporting its ongoing use.
• Oversee office supply and kitchen inventory, place orders, and maintain vendor account
• Own employee experience initiatives: events/lunches, internal communications, swag/gifts, and mail distribution

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in an office administration, HR support, or coordination role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Comfort learning new systems; HRIS or recruiting coordination experience is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, go-with-the-flow mindset
• Construction or trades office experience helpful but not required
