Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Transformation Lead (Commercial Lending) position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Location: This role is based in Buffalo NY and local candidates willing to work a hybrid on-site schedule are preferred. This role is also open to candidates in Wilmington DE, Baltimore MD, Burlington VT, and NYC. Occasional travel to Buffalo may be required (at least quarterly).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on Syndications and Participations within Commercial Lending operations.
• Guide teams in documenting comprehensive business requirements and mapping future-state process flows to support system implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation to support the creation of test scripts and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders across business, servicing, and operations teams.
• Analyze and improve servicing processes, with a focus on modernization and system migration.
• Act as a strategic liaison between business teams and technology groups to support successful delivery.
• Prepare and present executive-level content to communicate project status, risks, and key findings.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Experience leading teams on large-scale projects such as system migrations or business transformations
• Experience leading documentation of business requirements, process flows, and test cases
• Banking, Servicing and/or Operations experience (e.g. experience with the business domain). 
• Experience with Syndications & Participations processes and servicing systems (i.e., ACBS, AFSVision).
• Willing to travel to Buffalo periodically if not local (at least quarterly).

Pay Range: $45-$55+/hr
