Roffey Park Institute, an internationally recognised centre of excellence in organisational development, leadership, organisational transformation and executive education, is seeking an outstanding Commercial Director to join its Executive Team.

This pivotal role will lead commercial and marketing activity across Roffey Park Institute and Roffey Park Europe, acting as a senior champion for highly skilled managers and playing a central part in delivering the organisation’s strategic aims. You will be at the forefront of enabling organisational transformation for our clients, helping them build the high-performing teams that sit at the heart of sustainable organisational success.

The ideal candidate will be a highly networked, commercially confident leader with a strong track record in running commercial units and generating pipeline through a consultative sales approach. You will bring deep knowledge of executive education, learning and development, organisational development and transformation, paired with the energy, strategic mindset and relationship-building capability to elevate performance, expand networks and open new opportunities both in the UK and internationally.

You will be a collaborative, influential presence who actively develops and empowers teams, sharing expertise generously to support both client impact and Roffey Park’s organisational success.
