Most people nowadays understand what GPT is thanks to the rise of OpenAI’s ChatGPT. GPT is a specific type of what’s known as a Large Language Model (LLM).

Simple - data privacy.
Any data that is put into a platform that is integrated with OpenAI’s ChatGPT is then accessible by OpenAI.
Given the nature of the data that our customers keep in their Loxo database, it would be a huge breach of trust (and privacy) to allow that data to flow over to OpenAI without consent.
Also, we wanted to build an LLM that was specifically for recruiters.
