Global Marketing Manager - Remote - 3267796
We are seeking a results-driven Global Marketing Manager to lead both tactical execution and strategic initiatives within our growing commercial organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced downstream marketer ready to take on broader global and upstream responsibilities in the urology medical device market.
The role will initially focus on downstream marketing execution, with a clear path to expanding into upstream market strategy, VOC, and product positioning as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead downstream initiatives including collateral revision, trade show development, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
- Partner with leadership to define and implement short- and mid-term marketing strategy (webinars, lead generation, customer outreach, digital marketing).
- Collaborate closely with sales, clinical, R&D, and executive leadership to align marketing programs with business priorities.
- Participate in joint field activities and clinical meetings to support commercial initiatives and gather market insights.
- Travel domestically and internationally for key trade shows and events (1–4 weeks per quarter).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of downstream marketing experience in medical devices or life sciences.
- Strong preference for candidates with urology experience; adjacent fields like Women’s Health or Oncology may be considered.
- Proven ability to manage marketing programs, trade shows, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated collaboration with sales, clinical, and leadership teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Compensation and Growth:
- $140,000 base salary plus annual bonus component
