This well-established European innovator in surgical and diagnostic technologies is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the relaunch of its U.S. operations. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven leader with experience in neurosurgery, epilepsy, diagnostics, or capital equipment. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in sales strategy, operations, and go-to-market planning, grounded in integrity, collaboration, and clinical fluency. With a respected brand, loyal clinical customer base, and category-defining technologies on the horizon, this role offers rare visibility and influence within the neurosurgical ecosystem. Experience with European organizations or M&A environments is a plus.



Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L ownership of the U.S. commercial unit
  • Execute the relaunch plan of products
  • Develop territory plans and U.S. KOL cadence
  • Launch ablation-enabled and smart product pipeline
  • Represent U.S. operations in global growth discussions



KOL Management in the US Market:

  • Candidate will master subject matter of SEEG and related products.
  • Candidate will foster trust and dependence on targeted personnel in key institutions.
  • It is important to create a collegial atmosphere when working with KOLs.
  • Regular visitation and meetings are imperative.
  • It is important to be on a “first-name” basis with KOLs.
  • Personal cell phones and access should be part of the candidate’s references.
  • It is important that the candidate is perceived as the “ambassador” of the Company.



Reports To: Global VP, dotted-line to CEO

Location: Remote U.S., near a major airport hub

Team Size: 6–10 reps and clinical specialists

Compensation: Base + 50% bonus + equity eligible

Target Start Date: September 1, 2025
