The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will spearhead the execution and management of US-based clinical studies, ensuring meticulous adherence to timelines, quality, budget, and objectives. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at critically evaluating CRO-generated project plans, guaranteeing alignment with study objectives and organization requirements, including rigorous performance and quality tracking. The CPM will enforce strict compliance with GCP, local regulations, and SOPs, upholding the highest quality standards. Furthermore, the CPM will maintain accountability for budget accuracy and data integrity across all study databases and tracking systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver clinical studies on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop Clinical Operations team members.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams, CROs, and service providers.
  • Lead cross-functional study teams and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor study progress, address issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Manage global trial operations from feasibility to final reporting in compliance with GCP and regulations.
  • Direct study planning, protocol development, timelines, and vendor selection.
  • Oversee CRO/vendor performance, deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop, track, and manage budgets with finance and partners.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and inspection readiness.
  • Drive site selection, recruitment strategies, and milestone completion.
  • Contribute to SOP updates, training materials, and organizational projects.
  • Lead multiple complex projects from initiation to sustainment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Implement communication strategies for timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Track milestones, analyze data, and optimize resource allocation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Project Management experience required.
