Product Marketing Manager - Orthobiologic - Remote - 3361094

The Marketing Manager will lead strategic and tactical initiatives to drive commercial growth across orthopedic and regenerative product lines. This role supports both upstream and downstream marketing—including product positioning, KOL engagement, campaign execution, and medical education—while collaborating cross-functionally to expand market presence and support sales objectives in the U.S. and future global markets.


Requirements:


  • Develop and execute marketing plans for orthobiologics, including positioning, messaging, and target markets.
  • Lead marketing efforts for new product development and serve as primary contact for KOL collaboration.
  • Align with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and R&D to support product success across lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, digital content, sales tools, and web assets.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, events, and congresses to drive brand visibility and leads.
  • Drive medical education programs and peer-to-peer initiatives; manage surgeon engagements and contracts.
  • Track marketing performance metrics to evaluate impact and optimize future efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with Sunshine Act, AdvaMed, and quality/regulatory standards.
  • Support field marketing and external engagement through educational content and relationship building.
  • Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to evolving commercial landscapes, particularly in bone graft and regenerative technologies.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS), MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing preferred.
  • Orthobiologics experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working directly with surgeons and KOL’s.
  • Understanding of spinal and orthopedic anatomy.
  • Willingness to travel to customer meetings, industry conferences, support surgical cases, and events.
  • Ability to gain hospital credentialing with RepTrax, Vendormate, Symplr, and others required to gain access to operating rooms.
