Maintenance Supervisor

Environment & Resources

The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Manager and will have access to a team of skilled technicians, a comprehensive parts inventory, and advanced diagnostic tools. An established budget is allotted for maintenance operations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team development.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems in a production setting.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints to troubleshoot equipment issues.
