Position Title: Communications Center Consultant (Call Center Rep)
Job description:
· Assist members over the phone.
· As a Communications Center Consultant, you’ll deliver exceptional service, solving problems, and guiding members toward smart financial decisions.
· Handle a variety of member inquiries via phone and digital channels, offering timely, accurate, and personalized support.
· Answering questions, resolving issues, or recommending the right financial solutions, you’ll be empowered to create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your communication skills, attention to detail, and product knowledge will shine.
Requirements:
· 6 months to 2 years of related financial experience in a credit union or bank performing financial transactions.
· Strong oral and written communication, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, proficient in computer applications, and professionalism.
· HS diploma or GED required.

Type: Temporary-to-hire
Pay: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Call center hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. You will work a shift during those hours and rotate on Saturdays.
