Arizona-Based Healthcare Facility | Onsite Role


Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Based on Eligibility)


Our client, a highly regarded healthcare provider in the Phoenix metro area, is actively seeking a Radiology Tech Lead to join their surgical imaging team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a passionate and experienced technologist ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Position Summary:

The Radiology Tech Lead – OR will be responsible for performing complex radiographic procedures, particularly within the operating room and pain management settings. This role requires strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to mentor and supervise students and team members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental policies and safety standards
  • Support surgical cases by providing intraoperative imaging and pain management imaging
  • Apply independent judgment and technical expertise in the use of ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes
  • Supervise and guide radiology students as needed
  • Be available for on-call responsibilities as scheduled
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other staff to ensure coordinated care

 

Qualifications:


Education:

Completion of a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program


Experience:


Minimum 6 months of clinical experience preferred

Prior surgical radiography or pain management imaging experience is a plus

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Current ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
  • CPR/BLS Certification
