Salary Range - Depends on experience - General range however is 160K-220K+ base plus a 20% bonus.
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing software engineers.
- Lead a team of 5-10 software engineers.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes-based systems in a multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript, React) and backend development (Python).
- Thorough understanding of software engineering best practices and SaaS.
- Proven experience building applications powered by AI/ML models or large language models (LLMs), including tools for measuring model performance or accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine interest in developing engineers and elevating team capabilities.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Must be a US citizen to be considered for this role
