We are seeking a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to support one of our business partners in Bangkok. This role involves assisting with sales activities, coordinating with partners and customers, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with a solid understanding of IT sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, to generate leads and schedule meetings with partners and customers.
- Support sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Assist with vendor registration processes and maintain accurate records.
- Translate documents and communications between Thai and English as needed.
- Develop service propositions based on market insights to support business development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for sales operations, including documentation, reporting, and coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with local and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling, preferably in product-based or system integrator (SI) companies.
- Solid understanding of IT sales processes and technology products.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with local and global teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
