We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Developer Relations Lead to serve as the bridge between our team and the broader developer community. This role is central to driving adoption, improving the developer experience, and ensuring builders have the resources they need to succeed on a next-generation Layer 2 blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Developer Experience: Support developers from onboarding through scaling, providing hands-on guidance, resolving technical issues, and reducing friction.
• Create Technical Resources: Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, tutorials, sample applications, and videos to help developers learn and build confidently.
• Grow the Ecosystem: Engage with promising projects, developers, and ecosystem partners. Build relationships through hackathons, community programs, and direct outreach.
• Lead Community Engagement: Represent the organization at conferences, hackathons, and online forums. Organize developer-focused events and workshops.
• Drive Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the builder by surfacing pain points, proposing solutions, and collaborating with engineering to enhance developer tooling and infrastructure.
• Support Open Source & Collaboration: Contribute to internal repositories, champion open-source standards, and enable developers to build scalable and secure applications.

Requirements

• Background as a software engineer or technical advocate, ideally with Web3 or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and Layer 2 technologies (rollups, bridges, smart contracts).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Proven ability to produce developer-facing content and documentation.
• Comfortable with public speaking, developer outreach, and acting as a public-facing technical resource.
