Metrics Recruitment is seeking a Web3 Sourcer to focus on outreach to top-tier passive candidates, acting as the first point of contact and managing candidates in the early stages of the interview process for a high-performance Layer-1 blockchain designed for decentralized applications.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and has a passion for web3. You’ll be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipelines, running targeted outbound campaigns, and partnering closely with recruiting and hiring teams. Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates from across the Web3 ecosystem
- Run thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent
- Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles, focusing on both quality and speed
- Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide an excellent early-stage experience
- Track sourcing metrics and iterate strategies based on results
- Support recruiting coordination, including scheduling and maintaining accurate ATS records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a Web3 startup
- Strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem (bonus if crypto-native)
- Excellent research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Experience working independently in hybrid/async environments
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, Ashby)
