As the VP of Product, you'll be a key architect in shaping the future of online gaming. You'll lead a talented team to deliver groundbreaking products that captivate our discerning audience. Key Responsibilities


1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, user needs, and advancements in Web3 and iGaming products to drive innovation.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Work closely with engineering, VIP, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and scalability.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align on priorities and goals.
  • Communicate product vision and performance effectively to stakeholders and team members.

4. Product Development & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve product performance and user satisfaction.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in iGaming, Web3, or blockchain industries is highly preferred.
  • Product Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of Web3 technologies (blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts) is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and inspire a shared vision.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
