The Personnel Consulting Group is working with a repeat client of ours in the Baton Rouge area looking for a Chief Engineer who can provide executive-level leadership and vision for all engineering disciplines within the firm.

This role will serve as the final technical authority for complex projects across land development, hydrology, traffic, and infrastructure disciplines as well as review and approve engineering designs, 

reports, plans, and specifications for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and constructability.

This is a new and critical role for them as they continue to grow to meet client demands.

Requirements:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

- 10 plus years of post-licensure experience

- Leadership in a multidisciplinary engineering firm or large-scale civil projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
