Experienced Office Manager – Up to $80,000 + Benefits


Elevate is partnering with a highly recognizable, family-owned construction company to hire its next Office Manager to join their team and take charge of the administrative heartbeat of the business. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has the confidence to hold their ground when needed. You’ll work closely with leadership, project managers, and skilled tradespeople every day—people who value straightforward communication, respect those who can stand toe-to-toe with them and appreciate someone who keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, addressing questions from employees and maintaining precise records
  • Help track the attendance of the labor crews, manage employee files, handle onboarding paperwork, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Process and track invoices related to construction jobs, verify billing details, and work with vendors or subcontractors to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor and respond to emails, route questions to the right person, and follow through to make sure those issues are resolved
  • Order office supplies and other ad hoc duties as they arise
